What’s New This Winter?
The Canterbury Community Association is pleased to introduce the Ouellette Team of Karate Instructors. This program is for children, youth and adults. (See the program description for Children/Youth on Page 5 and Teens/Adults on Page 12). Richard, Morgan and Andrew bring a combined 90 years of karate training to the Canterbury Martial Arts Program and we are excited to have them as part of our winter line-up.
On the fitness side, also new are Yogalates (Page 15) and Zumba (Page 11). These two “speciality” fitness classes are sure to spice up and energize your fitness routine. Zumba is being offered at a special rate for participants with a Winter Aerobics Pass.
For the pre-school group, “Make a Joyful Sound” will get the younger set initiated to the joys of making music. Two age groups are offered (see page 4). Women’s Soccer (Page 12) and French – Level 2, round out our new programs for the winter of 2010.
