The Canterbury Community Association (CCA) is proud to work in partnership with the City of Ottawa to provide community programming at the Canterbury Community Centre during Fall and Winter. The programming offered by the CCA consists of sessional and year-long programs for all age groups as well as special events and one or two day workshops. During the summer months of July and August, the City of Ottawa offers day camp programs which have proven to very popular with parents and children alike.

LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration for fall programs will take place at the Centre from Monday, September 13 to Wednesday, September 15 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Thursday, September 16 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, September 17 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and again on Saturday, September 18 from 9-3 p.m. Late registration fee is $5.00. Aerobics and 50+ Fitness start the week of September 13, 2010. Other classes start the week of September 20, 2010, unless indicated otherwise. Please note that the pink stamped receipt is required at the first class.

Late registration for winter programs will be: Monday, January 10 to Thursday, January 13 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Friday, January 14 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and again on Saturday, January 15 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is required for all Canterbury Community Association activities excluding special workshops where marked. Memberships are nonrefundable. The cost is $10.00 per family, $5.00 per individual and $2.00 for seniors (50 years +) and disabled persons.

REFUNDS
Refund requests must be made in writing to the Program Administrator
using the refund forms provided at the Centre or available on our website
(www.cca-acc.ca). Pro-rated refunds will be given only if requested at least
two full business days before the second class in the session. Full refunds will
be given if the course is cancelled by the Association. Refunds in the form of
a credit note with no cash value will be granted for requests after the second
class for medical reasons only and the request must be accompanied by a
medical certificate. For one day or weekend classes, refunds will be given if
requested two business days before the class begins. Please note that no
refunds will be given if such action jeopardizes the financial viability of the
course as determined by the Program Administrator and Treasurer. There
will be an administrative charge of $10.00 on all refund requests for
programs in the current session. The full refund policy is described on the

CANCELLATION
Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. You will be
notified by telephone and full refunds will be issued by mail.
